Background

Dave Marino actually started out as a Hip-Hop DJ, doing local parties in halls. Dave eventually switched to house music, which has brought nothing but success to him. He has done many of NYC and NJ's hottest nightclubs, but he also has future guest spots in the near future.

Dave's first residency was at one of the world's most renowned, yet infamous, nightclub, NYC's own Tunnel. Dave was the Main Floor DJ for 4 months, until he decided that he would take that experience elsewhere.

Dave learned from some of the best in the business. He worked side by side with Franco Iemello at Amnesia for 2 years ( he learned the most by watching Franco week after week). He also worked with DJ Corbett (former Limelight resident), and listening to Glen Friscia (WKTU 103.5) on the radio also taught him alot.

Dave also gives props and respect to all DJs and producers that are keeping house music going strong. (Dave says there are too many to list).

Future Plans

Dave has been working in the studio and plans to release his own songs and remixes in the near future. He also plans to start his own record label and sign local talent.
